1. 핵심 요약

QRCode("본 앱")는 스캔하거나 생성한 QR·바코드 내용을 사용자의 기기에서만 처리하며, 해당 내용을 당사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 계정 가입이 필요 없습니다.

위 데이터는 기기 내부 저장소(앱 전용 영역)에만 보관되며 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 제3자 SDK가 수집하는 것

본 앱은 광고로 운영되며, 다음 서비스가 자체 정책에 따라 데이터를 처리합니다.

광고(AppLovin MAX 미디에이션 및 연동 광고 네트워크): 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 대략적 기기/네트워크 정보 등을 광고 목적으로 사용합니다.
동의 관리(Google UMP / User Messaging Platform): EEA/영국 사용자에게 맞춤형 광고 동의를 수집합니다. 동의 거부 시 비개인화 광고로 동작합니다.
Google ML Kit(명함 텍스트 인식): 인식은 기기에서 수행되며, 명함 이미지나 텍스트를 당사 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

4. 권한 사용 목적

카메라: QR·바코드 스캔 및 명함 촬영에만 사용.
사진/미디어(갤러리): 생성한 QR 이미지 저장, 또는 이미지에서 QR을 읽을 때만 사용.
인터넷·네트워크 상태: 광고 요청에만 사용. 스캔·생성 내용에는 사용하지 않습니다.
광고 ID(AD_ID): 광고 SDK가 광고 목적으로 사용.

5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

스캔·생성 기록은 기기 내 앱 전용 저장소에 보관됩니다.
앱 내에서 항목을 삭제하거나(개별/전체) 앱을 제거하면 관련 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
갤러리에 저장한 이미지는 사용자가 직접 만든 파일이며, 앱 내 또는 갤러리에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
광고 식별자는 기기 설정에서 재설정/삭제할 수 있습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보(Families)

본 앱은 만 14세(한국) / 만 13세(미국 COPPA) 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 국가별 권리

한국(PIPA): 정보주체는 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
EEA/영국(GDPR): 접근·정정·삭제·처리제한·이동권·이의제기 권리가 있습니다. 광고 동의는 앱 내에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

1. Summary

QRCode ("the app") processes the QR/barcode content you scan or create entirely on your device and never sends that content to our servers. No account is required.

2. What we do NOT collect

The QR/barcode content you scan, and your scan history
The QR/barcode content you create, and your creation history
Contact text recognized from business cards via OCR
Images you save to your gallery

This data is stored only in app-private storage on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. What third-party SDKs collect

The app is ad-supported. The following services process data under their own policies:

Ads (AppLovin MAX mediation and connected ad networks): advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and coarse device/network information, used for advertising.
Consent management (Google UMP / User Messaging Platform): collects consent for personalized ads from users in the EEA/UK. If consent is declined, ads run in a non-personalized mode.
Google ML Kit (business card text recognition): recognition runs on-device; card images and text are not sent to our servers.

4. Permissions

Camera: used only to scan QR/barcodes and photograph business cards.
Photos/media (gallery): used only to save generated QR images, or to read a QR from an image.
Internet / network state: used only for ad requests; never for your scanned or created content.
Advertising ID (AD_ID): used by the ad SDK for advertising.

5. Data retention and deletion

Scan and creation history is stored in app-private storage on your device.
Deleting items in the app (individually or all) or uninstalling the app removes the related data.
Images you save to the gallery are files you created; you can delete them in the app or in your gallery.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

6. Children (Families)

The app is not directed to children under 14 (Korea) / 13 (US COPPA) and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

7. Your rights by region

Korea (PIPA): you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of your personal data.
EEA/UK (GDPR): you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can change your ad consent in the app.
